Utah Insurance Agents Alliance (UIAA) was formed in Utah in February 2002 by Richard Behling & Derick Wolsleger. Richard owns Behling Insurance Agency and has been in the business over 20 years. Derick has worked for agencies & companies in many capacities for more than 15 years.

In February of 2004 two new partners joined UIAA, Dan Skinner & Milo LeBaron owners of LeBaron & Caroll, LSI insurance agency operating in Arizona since 1959. Both have been in the business more than 25 years.
