Mr. Skinner has worked for LeBaron & Carroll agency since 1977. He has served in many management capacities in the agency in addition to sales. He earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1983 followed by the Accredited Adviser in Insurance in 1989. He is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona. He has served as Rotary president and board member, YMCA fund raising, Little League president and board member and is very active and serving in his church. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Mesa Bank.
